**Application Process**: The recommended application involves a base layer of primer followed by the application of granite flakes using a trowel method. Granite finish required Double coat sponge finish level plaster to get desired effect.Plaster surface if not leveled would have undulations on the surface and the same cannot be covered by our decorative texture and we would not be responsible for such undulations. We strongly recommend thorough surface preparation for desired effect.

The surface should be clean, dry, and free from any debris or loose materials before application.

**Maintenance Requirements**: Maintenance is minimal, typically requiring only periodic cleaning with water or a mild detergent to remove dirt and debris. No special treatments or reapplications are necessary under normal conditions.
